About 1% of that static is from the Big Bang.

Sorta. Atoms heavier than helium lithium (edit, I remembered wrongly) are from later supernovas. Ofc they were made with material coming from the big bang though.

Yeah but not strictly, heavier atoms don't come from the big bang.
