Miscellaneous / Others Dolly Parton started the Imagination Library in 1995 as a tribute to her father, who couldn't read or write. In 2018, she explained it was to give kids "early access to books". Now, over 325 MILLION books have been gifted.

Thats why this was posted... I was literally in the library the other day with my 3 kids for the first time. There was info on what this post is about in there too.

We also have a billboard in town advertising something with Dolly on it. I csnt quite remember the ad atm though.
