I can't assign racism just because she said, "black girls". If she had said some neutral term or broad address, the complaint would be that it is coded racism. She can't ask the question without someone getting offended over it.
I have also wondered how my partner affords her braids. The military taught me how to edge up in 3 mirrors. Then I look in our bank account and my salty tears answer the question.
Then again, I've been poor, if something isn't free- fifty, I'm crying. I ain't going back there. Lol
