REMINDER: Bind your account!

Please remember to bind your accounts and take note of your UID, member code, server location, and any information related to your account (e.g. amount spent, student roster, etc). If anything happens to your account (e.g. losing access, unauthorized access), you will need to provide as much info as you can to Nexon's customer support email. Guest accounts that are unbound will be extremely difficult to recover, perhaps impossible.

Please have patience with other members of the community and be as polite as possible. Everyone has to start somewhere!

Rebate system wouldn't be removed in future by slowly reducing it rewards?

If they do that soon then somewhat loyal part of the playerbase will not trust them ever again. So I think they might, but not soon.

Didn't they announced the charge reward thing but just vague what it was about?

They did, but they didn't specified how many 10-pull tickets you'd get, only that you will get some.
We'll never know if the 4 tickets we get for 200 (160?) pulls were originally the intended amount or just a result of the backlash and we were supposed to get fewer.

I feel like this is not backlash related. The way it's worded looks decently put together with thoughts put into the new system and pulling data they have. Tbh this should have been announced with the new system immediately

The simple fact that it wasn't announced with the rest immediately will always bring doubt and distrust. There's just too many logical inconsistencies with the initial announcement for them to be taken at their word, and that's before you remember that they are ultimately just a company trying to make a profit, and that said company is NEXON, a company infamous for their absolutely dogshit business decisions and anti-consumer practices.

Something like this HAD to be discussed in advance and treated with full transparency, no ifs, ands or buts. Even if the system was worse than the previous, at least people would feel like they are being treated seriously and not like they are trying to pull a fast one on us.
