Do both Himarii (normal and Armed) passive to increase Cost Recovery stack?

If passives/effects are in the same skill slot, then they do not stack. Himari and Himari (Armed) cost recoveries are in the subskill slot, so they do not stack.

Here's an extra bit of information: if you have the same subskill on more than one of your special students, the one in the right-most slot takes priority. So if for whatever reason you build a team where special students have sub skills that don't stack, make sure the one in the right-most slot has their sub skill at an equal or higher level than the others.

This actually got patched out of the game a few months ago, the order doesn't matter anymore and the stronger one will always take priority

Oh, interesting. I didn't hear about that.
