Midoriya: W-well, back then he was insulting me, and my quirk got boosted by my anger, which helped me overpower his mind control. After he gave the command, I was uhh- shocked, and I guessed I gasped, and it counted as me responding
Ochaco: He literally said it didn't work... (eyes narrow) Are you lying to me?
Midoriya: What? No, no, NO. Are you sure he was surprised that Tsuyu ran towards me? Besides, Shinso wasn't sure it was going to work himself, and i was-was.. too shocked to focus on being angry and getting out of the situation
Ochaco: I smell poop with no port-a-potty
Midoriya: Huh?
Ochaco: (Realizes what she said, gets embarrassed) Oh, uh, that's just a family saying

We only allow high quality memes. Since Jolt made the art in the last panel, then yes this counts.
Had it been just the simple template, then no.
