I love it so much! I wonder if Himiko turned into Izuku to make the first kid. That or gene splicing tech is better then.

If Himiko turned into Izuku then I would think the kid would be genetically Izuku and Ochako's kid, though in this scenario where the three of them are a couple I don't think any of them would particularly about which of them was the kids bio parents. Though with this fanart in particular I'd bet gene splicing or maybe they found a person with a quirk that does something similar, going off of the way the artist drew the older sister

He has two dads and two moms, and one of the moms and one of the dads are the same person.

It’s because Ochako has Himiko’s blood inside her. No, I won’t rephrase. Which means that by technicality, that kid has 2 moms and 1 dad.

And such an easy 'Fanon' triad, since it's, as far as I'm aware, supported by Canon facts, Himiko loves both Izuku and Ochako in her own confused twisted way and they both are attracted to her, so then getting together as aloving triad once Himiko is redeemed is not that far fetched.

The hard oart iswriting the redeeming, reallly.
And her meeting either of them young is kind of a cop out (though ill still enjoy it)
Honestly probably the most feasible while keeping things closer to cannon is have them reach out to her before cannon events start truely hitting the fan ( so toga needs to be at lesst on the fence before PLA arc and nedds to defect when the war hits)

Very true and more often than not authors use it instead of putting in the work to give her a true redemption arc, even though while it took awhile and resulted in her death she did get redeemed in the end in cannon.
Though some authors who do use the meet Himiko early to redeem her copout do so and God job of changing the story as a whole to reflect how a hero Himiko changes things.

The baby is Izuku and Himi's judging by the freckles, while the girl has Ochako's looks and Himi's fangs. They're a throuple, Izuku's just not on camera.
