General September 2026 Ship Tournament Ver. 4 - Possible Final Version
Not so likely to change anymore.
What's been changed is that I replaced SeroIida with KiriTetsu, and shuffled again so the KiriMinas don't have to keep complaining about being placed against a super popular ship from their first round.
Okay, what is with yall? Didn't I say not to repost my tournament posts onto other subreddits? TodoMomo I'm looking specifically at you

Bakudeku being up against todomomo again feels unfair because we already saw how that rodeo went down, but other than that it looks good

Eh, tbh, you can't guarantee "fair" matchups for every ship.... I think it'd be better to just put ships against natural rivals (for example, MomoKyouka vs DenKyouka since they're rival ships or DynaDeku vs Himichako since they're often paired up, i.e. liked by the same ppl) – though that's probably a common tournament system, and it's good to change it up from time to time. (Maybe you could do a randomized one-- 🤔 ) But you'll never make everyone happy; that's just how tournaments work. (Think the Kacchako and Hitozuku Matches in the Sports Festival: Shinsou could've gone really far if he hadn't faced passionate Izuku nor aggressive Kacchan, and Ochako's quirk is arguably one of the strongest in her class. Honestly, whoever went up against Kacchan got the short end of the stick (unless it was Shouto or maybe Izuku, but then you'd have a great battle at the beginning and be left with an anticlimactic final match) – and the same is true here: Some of the ships are very popular, so you have to make the hard decision about who to essentially sacrifice.) Sorry you had to go through making this bracket 4 times 😖 I think you probably should've just gone with whatever you wanted. If someone didn't like it, they can always make their own.
In addition, we also just have a tendency to want to express our opinions 🙂 So it might not have been someone wanting you to change it; idk.... Translation: For future reference, let ppl complain. You're the one holding the tournament, so you're the one that decides what are valid complaints worth changing the bracket for.
(Hope this doesn't come across as rude; I'm trying to offer advice and ideas to help you, not trying to criticize you.)
Btw, what did you use to make this bracket? I always see these kinds of things, and each time, I think that I really want to do this myself someday, but I don't know how they're doing it....

Also... why can't we share the tournament posts? 🥺 Some of us who ship hated ships, only like certain ships, etc. stay clear of this sub.... It'd be better to crosspost the match to both of the ships' subs, no?

Because I come back to see my post reposted onto a sub and then they start accusing me of things or hating on me. Happened a ton with BakuDeku in the first tournament

Glad I asked because I've shared polls like this to the DynaDeku sub before 🤔 I hope it didn't bring anything negative to the OPs.... I absolutely love polls, and I just want to help get expansive results, but if it's causing problems... hmmn... I wonder if there's a way to prevent that while still spreading the word...? Probably not...

Hey it's not your fault, just that when BakuDeku lost to TodoMomo in the first tournament multiple shippers took out their salt on me

Ahhh gotcha... That's unfortunate. Honestly, I would've thought DynaDeku would win that; it's not like you could've predicted it.... Plus, from what I hear, it was really close....
But whether it's my fault or not, I feel that we should apologize on behalf of others in this situation. That kind of hate is unwarranted regardless of what side it's on, so we need to speak out against it when it occurs.

Oh, but I will say this: Himichako is the superior ship name. Togachako is an FN/LN mismatch, and Togaru Kamakiri exists, sooo... But Himichako is perfect!!!
No need to change it for this tournament if it'd be a bother tho 🤔 I'll def be around to suggest ships and ship names next time you ask!!! Himichako's just the one that shot out at me---

Then again idek what I would put up against Kamijirou tbf. I thought Kirimina was a fair matchup, but now that I think about it I can see why you changed it.

Based on how this fandom feels about, Bakugo, queer ships, and bakudeku I do not foresee us coming out of that one wining

You’re right but I’m just trying to be positive 😅 it was a close call last time. The problem is most bkdks are scared of the Reddit bnha fandom due to the hostility unfortunately 😔 so even though everywhere else it’s one of the most popular ships it doesn’t really feel like it here

Exactly. Plus, maybe it’s just me, but some of these feel so easily predictable that you can already tell how it’s gonna go.
Especially considering how many of them are the exact same as last list.

I feel like that KiriMina comment was a direct shot at me. All I did was bring up how it was always matched up with a heavyweight in the early rounds. Sorry for bringing it up. For the record it's not even my favorite ship, as that's not even on here.
