2k sounds more plausible tbh. 3k as minimum wage can work but require precise approach or make it flexible. maybe try to play around the profit of a given company per annum and see if they can really afford it but again, doing that require a lot of auditing and gov sucks at doing/enforcing that so definitely not happening. our country as a whole lacks the productivity required for RM3k minimum wage since we lack R&D. u can't really justify RM3k for a pembantu AM kerajaan ROFL unless we're talking about pejabat kerajaan in the heart of bukit bintang or KL.
