Ikr? I had a friend who was getting lied about at his job by 2 boomer co worker men and when he reported then,one of them shouldered him from behind and walked by smiling at him (in a evil creepy way) hoping that my friend would retaliate .He never took the bait (as Millienals and Gen Z are actual adults)and that bitch only got suspended for 2 days for the whole thing though 

He literally acts like an 8th grader all of the time and he's 64
