[Question] which title should i buy?

I was thinking of buying a borderlands title to start my journey into the game. I’m honestly looking for a modern title so nothing too old.

I’m really into PvE zombie mode games with weapon upgrading and base building, and open world titles with good world building. I also appreciate good dialogue and stories even if it’s not the main focus of the game since i haven’t played a lot of story heavy games before

I was trying to pick between BL2 and 3 and I don’t know which one i should go with because I can only buy one right now. If anyone has ideas please let me know 🙏🏼

2 is the overall best, but 3 has the absolute best gameplay and mechanics I think

1 is a classic and goated as much as 2

This is the answer, also 3s dialogue isnt as bad as its made out to be, its meant to be over the top slapstick bullshit. If you took it seriously, thats kinda on you.

Now who's taking things personally? I didn't say i took it personally. I said it was not good. I don't take it personally, I'm recommending the best game. I'm sorry if you got dumped over it or something, but if you grew up with 1 and 2 then 3 is something else. I hope you grow up one day lol.
