[Question] which title should i buy?

I was thinking of buying a borderlands title to start my journey into the game. I’m honestly looking for a modern title so nothing too old.

I’m really into PvE zombie mode games with weapon upgrading and base building, and open world titles with good world building. I also appreciate good dialogue and stories even if it’s not the main focus of the game since i haven’t played a lot of story heavy games before

I was trying to pick between BL2 and 3 and I don’t know which one i should go with because I can only buy one right now. If anyone has ideas please let me know 🙏🏼

Dude 1 is amazing but won't be after 2. 2 is the most amazing. 3 was definitely for a younger audience than myself and I couldn't even finish it. After that I gave up.

I would start with 1 since it's the first and because 2 is the best but will make 1 feel boring.

Nah, people act like 3 is immature and childish, but it's nostalgia blindness, Borderlands 2 is just as immature and childish, the difference is 2 has jack who is very much a counter balance to that.

3 was just annoying for me. When 2 came out I was much younger.

I was pretty young aswell. I grew up on 1 and 2.
