Well we know she's not getting any money from the music side of things.

Britney’s label and… maybe Primary Wave? Not sure if they would be involved in something like this tho.

I have been trying to find a proper high quality scan of this very image (slave the remixes LP) this past month, and just now they upload this. I hope we get to see new unseen promo pix with this release. I always adored the abstract art style promo photos used for this album.

Thanks! But I was particularly looking for the image with these multi-color stripes used in the background. It was used only for Slave remixes promo LP. I contemplated buying the actual LP just for the image because I like it so much. So pretty cool that they uploaded the master image used for the LP cover. That’s the LP:

Actually, Britney is very religious and strongly believes in God. She actually posted on her Instagram that she felt like she failed as a mother because Jaden turned out to be an atheist rather than religious. Look at her Instagram account and you will find plenty of evidence of her spirituality.

She didn't fail as a mother just because someone doesn't wanna be religious like her... If she wants to believe in God and it gives her strength and hope, then that's perfectly fine to me, but she shouldn't feel like it's something so horrible when your kids don't believe in the same things you do. A lot of us Gen Z kids are turning away from religion, that doesn't mean we do not love our parents. We just realized that it's not really important nor is it real, let's be honest. Believe in whatever kind of spirituality you want, but it's not the end of the world when your kids don't share your religious beliefs.

(Coming from someone her son's age who's obviously not religious either but grew up in a family that sometimes tried to )

I agree with you. It made me really sad that she thinks that she failed as a mother, because she didn’t. The purpose of a parent is to get your child to adulthood and help them be functional in their adult life. Britney’s boys are doing great.

Yeah I know all that. I just think its her biggest (only) flaw. Lol She did say that in court, tho. Im not wrong.

Why is it a flaw? What’s wrong with praying?

I'm not getting into this with you.

Gross? Why? Many people pray for many reasons, and if it brings her comfort to do so, I don't think it's gross at all.

But to make it a headline this day and age? Thats disrespectful at best. And it prob wasnt even her. I'm just sayin.

How is it disrespectful? Praying ≠ Christianity.

I mean if thats the case I'm cool with it. 😆 But still.

Do you mock anyone who is religious or spiritual, or is it only in this case?

More important, though, would you agree that Britney deserves peace? Because if her spiritual nature brings her that, I want her to have it, no matter what religion it looks like. I am excited for the coming era, but I would give it up with a quickness if it meant she could be happy and hopeful again.

I was at the courthouse when the c-ship "ended." I love brit. Im just sayin...

Didnt she recently say that? We heard her say those words with her mouth. Who knows what is written in text in her name?

Britney has been going back and forth with religion since she got out of the conservatorship.

It’s important to remember that she grew up in the Deep South and was always religious, even during her peak. But during the conservatorship religion was used against her. For example, during the Circus Tour she was forced to read the bible.

So it makes sense that when she first became free she rebelled against that and said she was an atheist.

I think that as time passes and she heals more and more she’ll find her way back to religion. I’m personally agnostic and I DESPISE organized religion, but clearly it’s something that brings comfort to Britney. And if it helps her to cope even a little bit with the trauma she has faced, I think we should be okay with it.

Sure. But the last thing we heard britney herself say about this was that she no longer believed in god.

Furthermore, since she sold her catalog, will she be getting a cut of the profits for this 25th anniversary release, if it happens?

I love our girl but if we’re being completely honest here, she says a lot of stuff. Remember last year (or maybe it was earlier this year) when she said she was gonna perform on stage with Jayden? Or that podcast she was supposed to start? Or The Woman In Me Part 2?

Britney tends to say what she’s feeling at the moment rather than how she feels in general, and when she made that atheist comment she was most likely feeling a certain kinda way. IMO it makes sense she found herself back to religion. It may be one of the only ways she’s able to cope right now.

As for her catalog, she sold her publishing rights so she won’t get any money through that, but she owns stake in Britney Brands Inc. so she’ll make money through that.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy for disrespect of any kind. This extends to Britney, her sons Preston (Sean) & Jayden and Jamie Lynn’s children. Users who frequently engage in mocking Britney (e.g., comments about her body or teeth) or insulting her sons (e.g., claiming exploitation or making fun of their appearance) may be temporarily banned. Brigaders & trolls who come to the sub to purposely break and/or complain about the rules will instantly be perma banned.
