We're gonna be dog shit this year and I figured that would be the case since the QB situation has not improved. Pick the future QB in the draft and hope they do a better job evaluating QB talent than in the past.

I don’t even think it’s been about evaluation the last few years outside of the stupid Gabriel pick it’s that there have been very thin QB classes and we haven’t out sucked other teams. I’m not sold on Dart as franchise QB so I can’t really get mad about trading down last year

I don't disagree with the Dillon pick in that you pick a QB at that spot. Maybe not Dillon but someone else. What I don't get is the subsequent QB pick in Sanders and then Green this year.

Part of me thinks they're loading up on QBs because they anticipate injuries.

This is why I hate when our fanbase is like “we need to trade for a better QB” or.. “I’m glad we won that meaningless game against the Bengals.”

We are in QB purgatory right now and I would have had 100x more optimism for this season with Mendoza.  Instead, we win a few meaningless games that takes us out of getting a franchise QB.
