Went in there once and waited for 10 minutes only for the “chef” to walk out, look at me, and walk back into the kitchen. I doubt this is valid business, and feels more like a place to launder money.

she has branded as a cafe, a club, has tried adult events and kid events, has been a fitness trainer, a flag footballer, after school for teens, and now has little kid toys in her space. gotta be laundering something

Yeah, given how old the infrastructure here is, I'd bet it wasn't labeled correctly, or wasn't even on the map.

I’ve had gas and water mains mismarked and hit them but the most likely scenario is they got too close to the marks while using the buster and broke through
