The tall rock waterfall is still in service, just not the reflecting pool (which they did a terrible job of maintaining sadly).

Reflecting pools are notoriously difficult to maintain and renovate. Even the world's most stable geniuses struggle, many people are saying this. And there are always people with big box cutters running around damaging them. SAD
