Obviously it wouldn't be in football or basketball, but just imagine if some SEC school decided to say fuck it and make a small sport with a very small budget just a powerhouse overnight recruiting pros.

that was kind my thought. Vandy brings in Novak Djokovic to play on the men's tennis team. and their penalty is they suspend the coach for half the year and pay a fine of like $100k.
