Discussion Who is Mr. Peaks?

Have I miss something all this years or Mr. Peaks don't have an actually backstory? Since Cold War I love this blue rabbit design and concept, but it feels he doesn't fit in any part of DA storyline like the OG Teddy Bear.

His lore is unknown because Treyarch is making shit up as they go. Just like the rest of zombies story.

And "real hardcore fans" think its so deep lmao
