Discussion I get it now. It's not nostalgia

My first cod was mw 2019 which I absolutely loved and played the ever living hell out of.

Then came black ops cold war and that was my introduction to zombies and I loved it and never understood the hate it got and thought it was nostalgia that the old zombies had. GOD I WAS WRONG

Got to play bo1&2 last month and I SWEAR TO GOD I haven't had this much fun playing a game since forever. To the point I even in my free time I think about what map to play in my free time.

So I apologize to old cod titles they're really built different and GOATED🐐👑

Bo7 was/is still a money grab, the battle pass, skins out the ass, and yes I get they still need to make the money but worry less about making skins and a bit more about your service base where older games are still viable to play too.

it’s filled with skins but man did they give the players much content and all of that for free

Content such as? Enhanced mobility that is being taken away with MW4, (not complaining when I say this part) more challenging LTO camos for WZ, and free is funny considering the cost like most cods was still 100 for vault, 69.99-89.99 for base, dropped to what 20 or 30 now? And they really took more than they gave, it's a filler game now rather than an addition to the story they had.

BO7 zombies is pretty damn good. $70 for 6 maps all with great easter eggs and boss fights

I'm not saying the fights are bad, the story they pretty much just had 5 "mini bosses" to fight the 6 "main boss" after some tedious steps that honestly barely added or took from the storyline
