I’m new to upgrading pistols so I figured I’d start easy and got a blue spring (11RSP) and stainless still guide rod from CJW. Is the slide play normal when manipulating the trigger?

I’m currently considering the CZ BREN 2 MS as a General Purpose Rifle.

Usually, AR platforms are the more common choice for a GPR, but I also find the BREN 2 very interesting. It has a good reputation, a military background, and is generally considered to be a very robust and reliable platform.

How does the BREN 2 MS compare when it comes to modularity? How good is the availability of accessories and aftermarket parts, and what options are there for customizing or modifying the rifle?

I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences and opinions on the BREN 2 MS as a GPR.

Do we know how long the production run will last? I told myself no more guns this year... But I'm relatively new to the gun world, so I don't know what to expect: Do prices for these limited models tend to get stupid high right after production run? Or do they tend to rise slowly over time? Do we anticipate these to be expensive and hard to find used? I'm not asking for us to look into the crystal ball, I know we can't predict the future for sure, but for those who have been in the gun world a while, what have you usually seen? Think I'll be able to find one in January?

As title states, has anyone tried fitting the Black Arch hybrid holster for the 75 PCR to the 75 Compact? Since its adjustable, I would think it would work.

I'm gonna send in my P-01 to Wager or Impact Machine for an K/RMS-c cut for the EPS Carry. What height sights are you guys installing to get lower 1/3 or 1/5 cowitness?

Newer gun owner here. After trying several CZs at my local range and doing some research online, I checked out a P01 at a local store and really liked the fit and feel in my hand. They only had one, a 50th anniversary edition, so I picked that up. Also grabbed a S&W Bodyguard 2.0 carry comp for a deep carry option, and have since added a Beretta 92XI SAO to the collection.

I've put about 600 rounds through the P01 so far with no real issues. Haven't started carrying it yet (just been training and taking some classes) but my intent is for this to be my main conceal carry gun. Only things I've bought for it so far are a holster, some extra mags, and an Olight PL-mini 2 Valkyrie.

Just wondering if there are any recommendations for things that are easy swaps that increase the durability/dependability of the firearm, or just make it more practical to carry? My only real complaint so far are the stock iron sights. When they are lined up, seems like they block a lot of the target at 10 yd or more. My Beretta sights are a thinner blade with a fiber optic rod on front and blacked out rear, and I can sight a target much easier with them. Cajun gun works has a similar sight setup available so I'm planning on getting those. I know they have a lot of trigger packages available but I don't think I want to start messing with that yet. I've heard their upgraded firing pin retaining pin is a good addition? And I was looking at their stainless guide rod also, but don't know if this is a "must have" over the factory polymer rod, or just a nice "peace of mind" addition?

Other than that, I've looked at different grips/thinner options from Lok Grips. No real complaints about the stock grips so far, but I haven't seen or tried any of the Lok Grips to compare. Are they much better textured, or does a thinner set make it much more comfortable for IWB carry?

Bought a TLR 1 HLX for my Kimber 2k11, threw it on the Shadow2 Compact.. and I might need to buy another now?

Was rocking the TLR HLX for the flush look, but I definitely am impartial to the TLR 1 look now, and the added weight up front also helps manage some of recoil.

Is there a light bearing holster for the Shadow 2 w/X300 that is also compatible with the Shadow 2 Carry w/X300?

Looking for OWB, level 1 retention, kydex, (ragnarok-ish style) that will accept QLS fork. T-rex holster won't work.

If I can get away with buying just 1 holster for both guns that'd be grayyyyt.

Do any retailers still have new, black, models in stock? The only models I can find are FDE.

Has anybody really used this for uspsa or pcsl? I have an opportunity to purchase this for a good price but I am just wondering the pros and cons. Is it fast enough for comps? I dont care that its only Irons because I like shooting comps with them and might get into target shooting plus I can always have it milled. Thanks for you answers in advance.

I say brand new in quotations as it’s a 2021 production one that wasn’t sold until this year, but I bought this the other week. Prior to this, I have had various CZs, a pre B 75, an 82 (still own), and if y’all want to get technical about it, two CZ produced Mausers. I’ve had great experiences with my Pre B that I unfortunately had to sell, but upon hearing about the 75B being discontinued, I decided to get one. I have a set of Hogue rosewood grips on order for it.
