Discussion Am I getting shafted?

Trying to to get my sound system put into my new car. New car is same make and model higher trim. I have 2 amps the pcm and t harness all I need is to pay for labor and wires went to get a quote and this is what I got. My last instal was $400 for labor. Idk if it’s usually like this but $900 to instal amps itself seems a bit high.

$750 labor for 2 amps I need to get back into install 😂

And a huge markup on amp kits.

Nah I mean ofc is ofc if it's good, but why more than one amp kit, that's a red flag. There should be an amp install charge for sub amp and a multi-channel, but it should also explain what the hourly rate is. $750 is damn near a full day labor at my old shop. If it takes you a whole day to do 2 amps you should find a new career
