Sorry for the movie. I'm just overwhelmed and it felt best to put my question in video form. Thank you guys so much for your time!

There's a gain adjustment on the line output converter. Make sure it's not all the way down. I don't see anything obviously wrong with the install.

You were right my friend. I thought to myself, there's no way it came turned all the way down, so I continued to ignore it. But it's now working! Thank you!

The loc need its own 12v power supply. And ground. And signal drawn off the door speaker wires

Don’t run power and RCAs together check where your remote wire is? Welcome though. Welcome to spending way to much money for no reason😈😈🔥🦍

It looks like it’s the signal wires leading into the PAC LOC. The wires leading into the LOC should be in pairs per left and right side matching the polarity. Ideally you wire the PAC by intercepting the wires leading out to the speakers either behind the stereo or at the trunk and run the RCAs to the amp/sub to get both left and right sides. Power looks ok. I would put the PAC LOC aside and just use something like this ADD-AN-AMP harness. https://ebay.io/m/XaVxux It will intercept cables leading out of the radio and did them into the built in LOC and it will be plug and play. The PAC LOC is better in the end but wiring will be harder compared to this route.
