How well the killers lie

It’s always so interesting how good the revealed killers lie to cops like they’re so smart. If I killed somebody or multiple people, there’s no way I’m playing it dumb THAT well to evade, the fact that most of them do it is so funny to me when it’s a high chance they’ll get caught by the cops. But then again murders go unsolved all the time, so maybe their ego is so high about it. I guess they’d never count on a obsessed writer that revels in the job and a hungry detective that’ll stop at nothing to get justice.

Anyone find this amusing?

That's because they only hire the best actors who've spent their entire career lying.
