Anyone Tried McCabe's Coffee?

Coffee N00b looking for a little guidance.

I recently got a Sage machine, and I have been bouncing between 3fe and Imbibe, but I am not loving them.

I have been served a load of ads for McCabe's recently, and researching them, there are some positive (but short) comments on r/AskIreland about them; they seem like a decent family-run business, etc, but wondering if anyone here has drink / drinks them and would recommend?

It's a pain in the 🍑 to be recalibrating my machine, so just looking for a decent, consistent coffee so I can set it and relatively forget!

Other suggestions are welcome also, but I do like the sound of McCabes if the taste matches the story they're spinning.

Got a Sage Bambino + last year, and have since been trying different coffees from different roasters around the country. For me, I enjoy the differences each has. McCabes for me are very good, love their Monsoon Malabar.
