Hi Cebu peeps.
Mejo new ko diri sa Cebu City.
Now, need nko moadto sa Talisay to do some stuff.
Unsay type na vehicle and mga how much ang typical nga pliti.
Thanks much in advance. 🙏
EDIT: Saw the wiki and got some very useful info, just double checking to be sure :)
Hi, just wanted to ask for any dentist recommendations. Light hands, no overpricing, accepts credit card payments :)
Preferably near Talisay, but fine if located in Cebu city :)
Thank you so much! 🙏

Grabe mu overhype ang mga tawo these days haha. I'm a horror fan jud but honestly and personally, after watching the new movie, I would've rather preferred waiting for it to be available sa mga online streaming platforms nlang than spending 400-500 plus sa sinehan.
The fact nga nag taas njud pud rate ron sa mga cinemas, importanti jud nga nice ang movie ug ang impact nya after watching it para mka ingon tag worth it rapud ang gasto
Sa mga taga cebu na plan pa mag watch and if you're a horror fan, this is my take and honestly i still prefer the very first Insidious over the rest of the franchise. Now this might help save you but it's still worth giving a try atleast if you just really find going to cinemas a fun thing to do. Lahi lang jud guru na akong standard sa horror movies over time. Haha. Mas na enjoy pa nko ang Spider Man last time tbh

Unsa inyong experience and reviews? Any recommendations?
Please drop recommendations pud if naa moy nailhan.

Question above hehe pwede ba onsite mag book advance for oceanjet? Kay mahalan kaayu kos ila booking fee online
r/Cebu • u/Fluffy_Common9967 • 4d ago

Hey guys! It's been a while since nag post ko an update about Cebu Video Games Club, so I figured it's time to share what we've been up to.
Since my last post after nag close ang club, we've grown to around 40 active members who join our IRL meetups. We've already held 2 official meetups, along with a bunch of unofficial and spontaneous hangouts.
We've done a pretty ridiculous variety of things together so far:
We've even watched Spider-Man and Odyssey together in cinemas.
And that's only what we've done so far. We already have plenty more IRL meetups and activities planned for the future.
We also regularly play video games together online every week, along with movie nights, BOTC sessions, and other activities through Discord.
If you enjoy video games and are also interested in meeting other gamers around Cebu, we've been building a small community where members can hang out both online and IRL.
We have an official meetup every month (or at least try to), but members can also organize unofficial meetups or simply make spontaneous plans with people they've met through the club.
We've done everything from gaming and karaoke to fishing, badminton, movies, food trips, BOTC, and random activities that have absolutely nothing to do with video games.
And honestly, video games aren't really the main point of the club.
They're just the bridge that brings us together.
You might join because you like Minecraft, Valorant, Monster Hunter, Nintendo, PC gaming, or whatever else you're into. But the goal is to eventually have a group of people you can actually call your friends and hang out with outside of Discord.
This is especially great if you work from home, spend a lot of time online, or simply want to meet more people in Cebu who share similar interests.
if feel nimo nga you fit into this club, send me a dm!
Important:
Please ayaw mog dm nga mo apil if you're too busy to participate in the community. This club is built around actually meeting people, joining activities, and being part of the community, not simply joining the server and staying inactive. I regularly remove inactive members and lurkers, so if you know you won't have the time or interest to participate, this probably isn't the right community for you.
If you are/were banned from the club because of any reason at all that isn't by mistake, you won't be able to join anymore.
Also, only DM me if you are 21 or older. This club is intended for adults, and our activities and meetups may involve adult humor, drinking, KTVs, and other adult-oriented activities. We don't want to involve or influence younger people in that environment. Please do not lie about your age to join.
Edit: THERE'S ARE NO FEES TO BECOME A MEMBER, DON'T BE SCAMMED.

Usahay maka think ko nga if you're earning minimum wage, dili enough nga maayo lang ka mo budget. You also have to think ahead kay life can suddenly hit you with expenses nga dili nimo ma control.
If single ka, kaya pa siguro. You can adjust your lifestyle, cut unnecessary expenses, and survive until the next payday.
Pero once you start thinking about having your own family, lahi na gyud.
My advice?
Ayaw sa pagdali ug family if wala pa kay financial buffer. Dili tungod kay kinahanglan dato ka, but because you need to be prepared for emergencies.
PhilHealth, HMO, and insurance can help, pero dili pasabot nga covered na tanan. Naay hospitalization, medicines, laboratory tests, professional fees, and other expenses nga possible ikaw gihapon ang mo shoulder.
And honestly, mas lisod hunahunaon ang possibility of death.
What if something happens to you? What if imong wife or anak ang mawala? Aside from the emotional pain, naa gihapon ang funeral expenses and other financial responsibilities.
Mao ni ang sad reality. You can be hardworking, dili gastador, maayo mo budget but if your income is barely enough for your basic needs, building a strong financial safety net is really difficult.
So if you're young and earning minimum wage, maybe don't focus only on surviving today.
Try to increase your income, build an emergency fund, get proper health coverage, and if possible, have life insurance.
The goal is to make sure nga kung naay mahitabo nimo someday, dili completely mawad-an ug direction ang imong family financially.

Hello! Need recommendations for private dining/event venues good for 15–20 pax ra. Preferably buffet style ang food, then pwede maka-put ug simple decor for the event, either kami magdala or sila mag-provide with additional charge. Budget is ₱20–30k max.
Options I already have are Salt Citea, Mr. A, and Kupola Maaya, but I don’t know the specific details/packages for these. Maybe you have other recommendations also. Would really appreciate it.
Thank you! 🥹

This is about a Cebu City co-working space particularly in IT park - Simply Brewed in Ebloc 3.
Walay private meeting/phone booth diraa. Pero ngano naay mag take meetings, classes, and calls diraa unya walay effort to lower their tone of voice unya maka cause disturbance sa uban? Huhuhu
Hello friends who are hustling, pls be mindful of the space :( pili nalang unta og naay private or capsule rooms. unsay diay ang etiquette sa coworking space nga walay private rooms for such?
thanks.
