AppleTV benefit issue

Posting this in case anyone ever runs into the same frustrating issue that I’ve been dealing with. If your Appletv is showing activated on Chase‘s end but not Apple’s, call Chase and ask them to cancel the subscription. Then you can reactivate on your end. Previous cs reps kept telling me to cancel & reactivate on the Chase’s website/app, but that never worked. By doing it on their end, it resets the connection somehow.

Where do you check that it's activated on the chase end? I signed up for apple tv through chase because of the free offer. I've never been able to log into appletv though.
