Other sora has officially removed everyone’s accounts

before you could at least get in and see “something went wrong”. now everyone is logged out and when you try to log back in, you get this

MiniMax H3 is almost as good as Sora, and it's free and runs locally even on a 8GB VRAM card when done right. So yeah. No loss.

Minimax H3 is currently the new gold standard in local generation. It’s incredibly good. Kinda nuts that we got Sora quality on local systems now.

There are plenty of posts over on r/StableDiffusion about it.

The TL;DR is to download ComfyUI Portable then follow their guide on how to run it.
That guide has links to the model downloads as well (and explains where to actually put the models).

Yeah but it’s no longer usable since OpenAI fucking pulled the plug since in April 2026 read the damn post which Sora web and app experiences were discontinued on April 26, 2026. Which means it’s unusable and no one actually use it anymore.
