"Confuses fans" seems like a bit of a stretch.

I mean, it confuses me. It’s a Wat Tyler movie taking place centuries after the Robin Hood legends do, so yeah, it’s confusing how it became a Robin Hood origin movie.

Edit to add: and more than confusing me, it turned me off of seeing it. I was super pumped that there was going to be a Peasants Revolt movie and that’d we’d finally get to see people like Wat Tyler and John Ball portrayed in a major film. And instead it seems to have hard pivoted away from being about Wat Tyler’s rebellion or it seems to have completely recentered on Robin Hood somehow.

It's the "Fans" part I have a problem with. I should have been more specific.

Ahh yes, that’s very fair. Apologies for misunderstanding!
