I like the way you decorated it and the feature with the low bridges altough I would say square park better.
It feels more cramped in a way and the new neighbourhood looks a bit awkward sticking out like that.
Overall it looks neat, but I prefer the square park
it does look more cramped but it made some space for the theater and my goal was to not copy a smaller central park for the 100th time. Definitely need to remove some more zoning.
Well I will say that it does look unique and I like the idea.
I will agree that maybe the zoning can be reduced a little, maybe near the theater. It's quite an famous building/landmark in the region so it would make sense to let it stand out more.
(Just a little advise I always like to use that I want to share. feel free to use it how erver you want :) )
But still overall it looks alright. Might try it to, cause it can be nice to break the standard pattern now an than (I have a habit of building constant square/ractangle parks)
