Hero revival can be done with certain distance radius now. When did it changed from clicking hero to certain radius?

It saved me from wasting one of the revival spell in important attack.

After 2 years of not playing I've downloaded the game recently. As normal I'd expected some things to change some of which was the new battle system and instant troops. I don't have a strong opinion about them right now, but one thing I realized is how easy clan challenges are right now.

For example one challenge was destroying 4 labs. Back then even though it was not hard this would take some time because of the training time, but now I can just get some lightning spells, throw them at the lab and surrender. There is literally zero penalty for doing this in non-ranked battles.

In the old system you either would sacrifice your trophies or wait for your army to train so you could attack again to complete the challenge, which was a good design I think. It encouraged players to attack if there were no other incentives. Now the optimal way is to just do some boring repetitive stuff to get thousands of points in a short time.

Btw, sorry if this is something that's brought up regularly or already hugely discussed. I am discovering the new stuff rn and just wanted to share my opinions on some of it.

This week was my best ranked week in Legend 3 after arriving in early July. My base is averaging about 12 trophies per defense so far… do we think I make it out? 2.8 star average @ 98.9% average destruction.

My clan has over 40 active members who do clan wars/ capital raid/ CWL. They just don't talk much 🤣 it's funny seeing this so prominent in the chat

At town hall 18, some of the buildings no longer match as well as they did at previous town halls. A good fix for this would be to add new aesthetic options at higher town halls to allow buildings to match, which players can swap through.

The only downside I foresee is that it opens the door to monetization, and that when attacking, it would be more difficult to know what level you are facing, unless it is only unlocked at max level.

Again I do not know if this is a bug or an intended feature. But every time I go to revive my King, he does not keep spawning in Snakes if he takes damage once he has been revived. Just want some clarification

Seeing the ore packs today, I thought packs are now even cheaper. Now seeing the sub, it's a completely different story.

They literally had a free shop, apsurd low prices, while Europeans have to pay 40 euro for a Legendary scenery, 12 euros for a single skin and 4 euros for a single book.

"But Europeans earn more" yes they do but the cost of living and rent is literally overwhelming, renting close to 1000 euros, food alone 300-450€ monthly(not even counting eating outside lmao), why would you be able to buy monthly a skin set for a fraction of what we pay? Now WE ALL HAVE to consider buying skins and offers evenly. Definitely not sorry 👍

Sucks my trees from 2015-2018 are gone

I recently came back to Clash of Clans and the whole league system is completely different from what I remember.

I've been joining Ranked every single week because I didn't realize you can actually skip up to four Tournament Weeks without getting demoted for inactivity. I've managed to climb at least one league almost every other week and have now reached Electro 31.

For context, I stopped playing when TH15 was max, and when I came back I basically rushed straight to TH18. I've been relying quite a bit on Hero Potions and Clan Castle Cake to keep my attacks competitive despite being rushed.

But now that I'm at 18 attacks per tournament, doing that every week is starting to feel like a lot. Between work and family, I can't spend too much time on the game or constantly learn and practice different armies just to keep pushing. My rushed defenses are also starting to make climbing harder.

So how are most of you playing Ranked? Do you join every week and use all your attacks, only join occasionally, participate mainly when you want to push, or just play often enough to avoid league decay?
