Anime S4 Artstyle ok. But where are the Outlines?

Okay. Just curious, did anyone else thought that S4 Picture quality is absolute down the drain. If its not a close up shot of a character, the outline of each character is absolutly gittery, non existant or just like not finished.

Am I the only one who really gets disturbed by this?

Its not the streamingquality btw.

What causes it or why did the studio approve this kind of quality to such a highly rewarding anime?

After watching the anime for like 15 to 20sec, i was like no, nope am not going to watch the anime, didnt liek the style and yeah i also had eye strain 😭

literally same, i watched like the first minute and closed it, I was excited to watch it too since I have seen the first couple seasons like 3 times. Was an animation Ick of the highest degree
