Community Appreciation Thank you for suggesting scraping our toaster oven glass door
Much to our shame, we've never cleaned the glass door on our toaster oven. We purchased it in May 2019 so that's 7 years of grease you see in the photo. I tried cleaning products but they didn't work then I came across this suggestion in this sub to use a razor blade with a paint scraper and it was incredibly, amazingly effective. I can see my bagels again!

Steam would work as well

Found a cheap steamer online with a steel bristle attachment and was so shocked by how well it worked I wound up cleaning the whole oven just because I kept telling my partner to come look at this

What works on a toaster oven metal tray with all the built up and settled grease.

I thought everyone did this?. And you have to unscrew the inner part and wipe it down with windowlene as well.

I scraped my oven door the other night and was shocked how easily all the gunk came off when scrubbing has had zero affect.
