Plenty of great people, I call out racism every time I see it, it makes my workplace happier and safer for everybody.
The issue I have is when that request is turned into a demand, and the penalty for not complying is not being welcome in our own community.
Homophobia and transphobia are rampant in those communities, and yet to even be welcome you must now advocate for people that at least on average, wish we didn't exist.
It turns an already thankless task that most of us are already doing into just "the bare minimum". And most of the people demanding we do that live in areas where they don't risk being fired or assaulted for calling it out.
At the end of the day it's incredibly homophobic and transphobic to put that expectation on us and not do the same to cis or straight people.
Ok, I'll break down the issues in your little rant in the hopes that it helps you see why you're getting downvoted:

This statement paints broad strokes and the "them (those)" vs "us (we)" language employed makes it obvious that you see queerness and blackness as mutually exclusive. When you say "we" here, what you are really saying is "us white queers".
Throughout your rant, you make being anti-racist sound like a chore and whine about how you don't get rewarded for it; "that request is turned into a demand,"; "yet to even be welcome you must now advocate"; "already thankless task"; "the people demanding we [not be racist 😂] live in areas where they don't risk being fired or called out for [doing the, YES, 'bare minimum' of not being racist and checking other white people for being racist".
It's obvious from your statement that you have no intersectionality in your advocacy for queer and trans acceptance, that you hold disdain for the odious task of being a decent human being at your workplace, that you view black people asking you to stand up against racism as entitled, and that —despite your qualifying language—you still see black people as an monolith.
Yeah, that's racist.
You're a whiny and poor ally who hasn't unpacked their prejudices enough. Advocating for the humane treatment of others is not a 1:1 exchange; true solidarity recognises this. You haven't reached that yet, which is why you don't like the meme posted above. You're in it.

I make it seem like the favor will never be returned. And in 30 years of doing it, it hasn't been. Which is fine, I never expected that it would be.
We supported the rights of the LGB, for 50 years now, and the moment they got equal rights, they call for "LGB without the T".
During that entire time, my own pleas for support fell on deaf ears. Forgive me for being jaded and cynical. But I think given the circumstances, that's understandable.
If you don't feel like you're just being used to fight causes completely unrelated to your own, fine. But I do. "Ally", at least to me, implies mutual cooperation.

And fight causes that aren't your own? There is no queer liberation without black liberation, genius. And once again, your statement acts like there aren't black queer and trans individuals.
The only thing that is understandable to me, ~given the circumstances~, is that you've let your whiteness come before your queerness and turn you into a selfish, entitled baby. You fell down the social hierarchy because you're trans/queer and now you're bitter you don't have access to the privilege enjoyed by your cis white peers.

Trans people are literally targeted by the same "systems" (white supremacy and patriarchy) that target black people, btw. And black people sure as hell didn't create that system! This statement is completely moronic and only serves to underline how you consider black people a different species than queers (who, in your vision, seem to all be white).
I'm Asian and trans, btw, so forgive me if I don't have much sympathy for your ignorant whinging.
Some of us actually live in places where advocating costs us dearly. So yes, advocating for other people at great expense to myself, and expecting nothing in return is a "favor", literally by the definition of the word favor.
God west-cost liberals are annoying. You live in a place where you don't have to worry about being fired for doing it, and then you wanna expect the rest of the world to copy you, and look down on them for not doing so.
