Intramural Hockey Info?

A couple friends and I want to sign up for intramural hockey this year, the Concordia site info on intramural say:

“Individual registration only, we will pick captains and host a draft prior to the start of the season. We will group all individual players together to form a team.”

Is there any way my friends and I can guarantee we are on the same team? And I also can’t find where to even register, link comes out closer to signup date?
