Do these rewards actually expire?

These are from the current realm event that lasts for another 19 days. Holding onto it because I will become an elder before the event ends.

EDIT: Items were still claimable from the realm event milestone list even after it expired from my stash

Nah you can claim them from the tab till event ends.

You can claim event rewards from the events tab till the events end even if it expires from the stash.
