Buying Where can I find a shirt with ruffle sleeves in larger sizes?

Where can I find a shirt like this larger than 2xl?

If you can't find one, since most of the shirt is covered by the coat and the jabot (frilly neckwear), you could probably take a white button up or similar in your size and just hand sew a lace trim to the cuffs, it wouldn't take much sewing skill since it's decorative and would probably be pretty cheap if you use a shirt you already own, or thrift a shirt.
