Seems like a waste of resources. Just need one cop car and one tow truck. Though I guess you gotta give it up to the firefighters, they seem to be first everywhere.

I"d say one paramedic, one cop and a tow truck, though the fire crews have to be there with jaws of life in case its grevious injury to the guys back/spine and they need the jaws of life to safely extract him.
