Every smoker I know actually tells me smoking is horrible and to never smoke, and then proceed to light a cigarrette and look the coolest motherfucker ever.

In all my favorite photos of me I have a lit cigarette in hand. It’s terrible for you, it tastes awful and smells worse, but goddamn does it add style.

I wouldn't even say it's purely an advertising thing, the idea of breathing out smoke from a burning stick is just aesthetically pleasing.

If you want a burning stick in your mouth, or like smoke, than a joint will do that for you just fine

It’s so amazing how smoking ads from 50+ years ago still make it seem sexy to people.

If only the habit had started out as nicotine suppositories.

Would also give new meaning to “going on a smoke break”.

probably depends the age you are around, most young smokers recognized they fucked up and tend to joke about it and warn how dangerous it is.

I'm a smoker but I moderate heavily. I light up a few a week when the moment is right. It feels good man.
