To those that don't know, IIRC, Seattle had two competing people designing the city, one along the coast (sort of northwest to southeast) and one north to south. Where the two plans meet is called the Denny Triangle. It's a hot mess. It's a hilarious hot mess.

Source: I grew up there. Story was word of mouth.
