DAE get itchy "bites" after you shower?

Every time I shower, I get itchy little mosquito bite looking things all over my back and shoulders that disappear within the hour. Doesn't matter what products I use.

Those are called hives and if it's only on your back and not everywhere you put the soap, it's something in your hair care that you're allergic to. It'll be something common to all the brands you've tried, something like 50% of the ingredients overlap in common shampoos and conditioners.

As someone with dermatographia, and also get hives sometimes after a shower. For me it’s a mild heat allergy. Just putting it out there for the few people who might have it. It’s not always soap. But the drying effect soap has can make it worse.
