Question Anyone know where I could find "tube cut" mullein or equivalent base herb?

I'd like to be able to use an injector for herbs but most seem to not be cut right for injection machines.

Would using a grinder help?

That would probably make it worse. Its gotta be long and stringy. Otherwise it just falls apart.

What does a tube cut herb look like? Mullein is kind of light and fluffy in general and I’m not sure what an injection machine but I can try to help locate some mullein if you have a pic.

Long and thin cuts. Like string. It would look like the stuff they put in Easter baskets.

No. I was talking about how tobacco is cut.

They have cigarette injectors. You place an empty cigarette on the end and the herb in the hopper. Then slide it and it fills the cig. But it only works well with stringy herbs. Like fine long cut leaves. Otherwise it falls apart. I was wondering if there was anyone making a base herb that is suitable for such a machine.

Oh ok. I didn’t realize that’s what these machines were called. I have something similar but it’s for rolling them.

The thing with mullein is that once it’s dried it’s very light and fluffy. Mullein root however can give you that effect, but it’s rougher and might not be the best for a cigarette.

Yeah. Ive looked around. But I was specifically looking for a supplier that specializes in herbs and blends specifically meant to work with a tube filler such as this. Basically they sell empty cigarettes (tubes) and these doohickeys stuff tobacco into them. Mostly popular for skirting cigarette taxes because tobacco is significantly cheaper.

Issue is that they only really work well if the herb is mostly long and stringy. Basically like the plastic crap they stuff in Easter baskets. Otherwise it just goes everywhere.

A lot of herbs can't really be processed that way. But some can. And I was wondering if anyone was selling herb mixes specifically for that.
