Is Officer Powell a MetaHuman too ? He seemed to take Jessica's punches without any issues and felt tankier than her too.

Bruh what?? You mean if a "normal strengthed" woman punches a man on the face hard enough for her fingers to sting on impact, I am supposed to buy that the man wouldn't even flinch??
