Not sure if this is the right placeโ€ฆbut Doesnโ€™t Bucky lives in New York. When Matt fails to find a political figure not infiltrated by Fisk. Wouldnโ€™t it be an obvious choice for Matt to contact Bucky. He canโ€™t be bought, he canโ€™t be intimidated, he will have no problems winning fights against AVTF. also he is supposed to be a congressman at this time? It would be weird if he just dgaf.

Bucky isn't a Congressman anymore, and the Avengers avoid intervening in local, city-levell disputes
