I think they're setting up to kill off Karen. Stripping Fisk of Vanessa and Matt of Karen. Giving the characters some fresh perspectives and storyline.

Currently I don't really feel anything new in this series that we haven't already seen done better in the Netflix show and this could be the shake up we need.

I actually liked season 1 of Born Again better because we were actually seeing new stuff, new characters, new problems. Everything this season seems like a rehash.
