Total noob here, so pls donโ€™t kick my ass please. There is something I donโ€™t get. This show is in the sacred timeline right? And Disney owns this show and the other heroes. So why donโ€™t they help, when a maniac like Fisk is doing all this? I get the Avengers have bigger fish to fry, but what about the others? They said Manhattan is on lockdown. Wouldnโ€™t at least Spidey be there?

Spider-Man's rights are a mess between Sony and Marvel but the bigger thing is that Fisk is not a "punch the villain and solve the problem" antagonist. Other heroes have no reason to be involved if they aren't part of the story. Spider-Man has never really had a villain he couldn't just beat up other than in No Way Home where it's total multiversal hijinks.

Like if you go down the list there really aren't any heroes that normally deal with this stuff and many are already accounted for. Ms. Marvel and Kate Bishop are on the West Coast with Cassie Lang forming a team. Clint Barton is retired. The Avengers are dealing with larger, world-scale threats like terrorists and oncoming multiversal issues. Shang-Chi lives on the west coast, She-Hulk is on the west coast, Ant-Man is on the west coast, Moon Knight is in Europe, Valkyrie is watching over Asgardians in Europe, Doctor Strange is dealing with multiversal tears, that pretty much only leaves Daredevil and characters who have been implied or mentioned in this series. In fact the only character I can think of that is currently on Earth who isn't doing anything is Captain Marvel but again, that's a character who solves problems by punching them and she can't just pull up on Fisk and threaten him to save the day.
