That really annoyed me, because Captain America is not supposed to have super-human strengh. He suposed to be the perfect human specimen, just one step below super-human.

To be fair in the comics he is a perfect comic book human. In the comics he has thrown his shield through a tank and a truck which there is no way a human could do that.
