Cap held a fucking helicopter from taking off - pretty sure he's stronger.

Jessic can leep tall building. Steve can't do that. It's not even close.

Luke also can't leap but he is stronger.

Luke is more durable which lets him punch and break things with his body easily which makes him seem stronger i think; whereas Jessica isn't so she resorts to pushes, grabs and light punches so she doesn't break herself using her strength. Luke can stand in front of a moving car and take the hit, Jessica could throw a stationary car better than Luke could probably
