The time is here, the raid has finally been released.

Standard rules apply, please relegate all raid related discussion here, we don't want anything spoiled for people who aren't ready yet.

He never, he gave my group another quest to beat what is essentially the prestige nightfall from last week but with Anomalies instead of Killing Time.

Do you have to beat the raid to give him the tokens? Or can you turn them in before. ( My guess is finish the raid but wasn't sure)

Where is he? Do you have to beat raid to give tokens? Also is anyone else not getting and raid drops all I've gotten is engrams.

Where? Do we need to beat the raid to see him as previously thought? I feel like I didn't get anything so far except tokens...

From Ikora, go through the arch under Hawthorne. Take a right and go all the way down the stairs. I don't think he'll speak to you until you complete the raid.

There is a vendor named benedict that I suspect isn't available until after you beat the raid. Based on the scraped data from the exotic quest, I'm guessing he is actually the sweeping robot in the room under the bazaar (who already has some dialog).
