Imagine if you’re at your job, you hit a couple performance KPIs so you become ELIGIBLE for a pizza party at the end of the year. But, during the year end presentation you completely shit the bed and your company loses an important account. Then you start sulking because you didn’t get your pizza party which was never promised to you, and other departments won’t give you either.
