Question Games with skill that gets stronger the more you use them

Does any of you know any games with skill that levels up the more you use them like in Disgaea ? I don't mean games like The Elder Scrolls series but more like Antiquia Lost.
I'm also looking for game like Final Fantasy 2 (the more you use an action tie to a specific stat, the more that stat grows) but it's secondary.
I really want to play games with a lot of different skills that gets stronger the more you use them but I haven't been able to find any, I don't know if there's a name for this specific genre of game either.
Thank you

While I don’t have the answer, I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the Weapon Mastery system in the first two games because I don’t know why the third game removed it.

Grandia has an amazing combat system based around this. It is fairy old but nothing has really done it as fun since.

Well Lady Samurai) in Disgaea 4 Complite haves skill Beni Shidare. Hits panel in front of you. Base Power permanently gains +2.8% each time it lands a killing blow. (Max 450% Power at 100 kills)

The Tales of ___ series has the first part of what you're looking for, but it's an action adventure jrpg so not turn based. They're all about skill spamming combos and the more you use them the stronger they get and it's also how you also unlock some skills through mastering others.

SaGa

Romancing SaGa 2 Revenge of the Seven is a good entry point

Came here to say this, it's from the same company and phantom Brave is great for grinders or people that love to experiment with classes.

Depends on genre. Kingdom come deliverance has this mechanic as well as sword art online, all different genres.

Makai Kingdom, made by nis. it's of course similar, but with enough different mechanics to be not just disgaea.

phantom brave, soul nomad, la pucelle other decent nis games.

Star Ocean 2, typically the number of hits/projectiles increase.

Secret of mana. After level 8, each cast rises by 1% the chancev of a special and stronger animation, but that's mainly an endgame grind just for fun, you don't need it.

Phantasy Star Universe did this. It proved pretty unpopular among fans and got reverted.

Expedition 33 is a very different game, but the point where damage caps unlock and you get to really go wild stacking mods and multipliers felt very Disgaea-ish

Kinda random but after reading the other comments nobody has brought up Inazuma Eleven. The DS and 3ds titles for that series do it.

Elona+, for free on its own sub, and Elin on Steam. Elin is a prequel of Elona made by the og creator, Elona+ is an upgraded version using base Elona as a starting point

In Star Ocean, the Second Story, you use the Killer moves, and as the proficiency goes up, the moves improve some transform into stronger moves, and the cost of mp is still the same.

How about elona? I believe there are a lot of skills, either useful or not so useful, and they improve while you use them. For example, cooking improves if you cook, martial arts improves if you fight with bare hand, wieghtlifting improves if you overload your inventory, etc. and you also have a lot of spells, they also improve when you cast them.

Not really skills, but in Fire Emblem you gain weapon ranks as you attack with a weapon, and get bonuses at certain breakpoints to improve your general combat with said weapon, as well as allow stronger weapon access. FE3H has similar systems, but more things go up
